TERMS & CONDITIONS

All tours require a 30% deposit.  You may pay in full or the suggested deposit to secure your place on the tour.  If paying the deposit, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the tour start date.  A reminder email will be sent out 30 days prior to the tour date for your convenience.  Refund Policy; Up to 45 days prior to tour start date, your deposit and registration fee will be refunded, in full.  If you cancel less than 45 days prior to the tour, 50% of deposit becomes non-refundable for handling and processing.  If canceling 30 days or sooner, prior to the tour start date, your deposit and full registration fee become non-refundable.
